How do I easily target an account? 

For the first step, go to the "accounts" section. 

Then go to the second "Targeted account" column, where you'll see an "Add Account" button.

Clicking on it will open a third column entitled "Add Target Account".

Now go to the Linkedin profile of the person you want to target.

Now copy the URL of his profile.

Then go back to the "Add Target Account" section and copy the link, then click on "connect".
